Endgame
by William Reed
What if you had a plan to end terrorism?
Nathaniel Jameson, a family man and deputy US ambassador in London, has developed a plan to end terrorism worldwide. To pull it off, he needs the support of his own boss, the US Vice President, the President, and last but not least, his wife, Sonja.
Putting their family in harm’s way is the last thing she would accept. But when the family narrowly escapes a terrorist attack at the London Zoo, Sonja has a change of heart and agrees that Nat should pursue his “crazy idea.”
This book had me gripped from the start. Nathaniel's plan to tackle terrorism felt chillingly relevant in today's world. The blend of thrilling fiction with real-world issues, especially the deep dive into the Israel-Palestine conflict, was both enlightening and captivating. It's one of those rare novels that blurs the line between fiction and reality.
But that is not what happens, and Nat finds himself and his accomplices engaging in the biggest act of deception ever attempted to find al-Qaeda’s headquarters and destroy it once and for all.
A mothballed nuclear warhead has just disappeared in Russia and cannot be found.
Has al-Qaeda achieved their stated objective of gaining a nuclear weapon?
The task of finding al-Qaeda’s headquarters has become a race against time, and Nat must put his own life on the line in an effort to win that race.
Time is ticking down - will Nat be able to convince the US government that his plan will work?
About the Author

William is a semi-retired architect who lives on an island in the Atlantic with his wife, son, and family. He has always been interested in world politics and affairs, but his concern about how terrorism has negatively impacted our lives is what moved him to become a writer.
