Hello, my name is José Luis Wordall. I was born in New York City to a Mexican mother and an American father. I became an architect after being raised by my mother after my father left. Tragically, my mother died of the Coronavirus, which made me realize the depth of my attachment to her and sent me into a state of depression. To reconnect with her memory, I traveled to my mother's homeland, where I rediscovered the traditional dishes she used to cook for me. Inspired by my experiences, I decided to create an eBook sharing these cherished recipes to bring comfort and joy to those experiencing nostalgia. The eBook serves as a reminder of the cultural heritage that food holds and aims to provide comfort and connection to its readers.
